If you want a stylish new update for your shoe wardrobe this autumn then leopard print could be the answer.
The look was huge on the autumn/winter catwalks with the likes of Gucci and Balmain all showcasing the look while Kurt Geiger has designed a range of ladies boots all in leopard print and they are set to be a statement shoe this season. The online store Ver has a great range of designer women’s shoes.
And it’s not just on the catwalk where the trend has been spotted Alexa Chung, Sarah Jessica Parker and Whitney port have all been seen rocking the print
And it is also all over the fashion mags; Instyle reports that “Leopard print is set to be one of autumn/winter’s hottest trends. Wipe away any Pat Butcher associations from your minds, ladies, because every stylish fashion house and high street store has featured it in its latest collection, and every celeb who’s anyone has already bought into the trend.”
While Grazia notes that “Leopard accessories are being spotted everywhere.”
They reckon you even channel the retro trend with a key pair of ladies shoes advising us to “Go retro! Channel your inner ‘40s screen siren in leopard-print platforms”
And Marie Claire challenges us to unleash “our wild side by flaunting a cool cat print”.
But the trend can be a tricky one to pull off its important not to go for head to toe leopard print as you could land up looking more barmaid then chic fashionista so Marie Claire advises us to “keep the rest of your outfit really simple”
According to Instyle the answer could be with a great accessory. They say that “leopard accessories are easier to wear than a garment. Choose a belt, a pair of shoes or a clutch, but NOT all at once!”
And Grazia reckon you even channel the retro trend with a key pair of ladies shoes advising us to “Go retro! Channel your inner ‘40s screen siren in leopard-print platforms”
It’s the perfect way to inject some individuality into a plain outfit and all it takes is one gorgeous pair of shoes and it looks like you are wearing a whole new look, what’s not to love!
